Therefore, people with no knowledge of coding could use AI to build software and apps that they previously could not due to the coding barrier. With how rapidly this trend is spreading, it is no wonder that some builders in the crypto industry have begun to contemplate its use in the space. Gamestop Corp. (NYSE: GME) announced on March 26 that it intends to raise $1.3 billion through a private offering of convertible senior notes, aiming to tap into institutional investment under Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933.
