NYDIG acquires Crusoe to expand bitcoin mining business
NYDIG, a Bitcoin financial services and infrastructure company, announced that it has signed a final agreement to acquire Crusoe to expand its Bitcoin mining business. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed. Crusoe also owns an AI data center, currently has more than 20 mining sites in 7 states in the United States, and has a joint venture in Argentina. After the acquisition is completed, NYDIG plans to integrate it into its existing power and Bitcoin mining department to carry out operations and expand business.
