Netflix’s The Seven Deadly Sins NFT Collection Launches in Partnership With Sony
Sony is expanding its Web3 strategy by partnering with Yoake to launch officially licensed digital collectibles from one of Netflix’s top-performing anime series, The Seven Deadly Sins, which has sold over 55 million copies worldwide. This collaboration marks the first mainstream anime intellectual property to utilize Sony’s blockchain infrastructure through its platform, Soneium. The initial non-fungible token (NFT) collection, titled “YOAKE & The Seven Deadly Sins Anime Series,” will feature iconic scenes from the franchise and will be available for minting on Opensea starting March 25, 2025. The partnership aims to enhance fan engagement by offering blockchain-verified digital collectibles, paving the way for more Japanese entertainment properties to enter the NFT space.
