The Spanish Securities Regulatory Authority approves the first tokenization license
The Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has approved the country's first tokenization license, paving the way for Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. Ursus-3 Capital, in collaboration with Onyze, is the first consortium able to provide services to Spanish companies seeking entry into this field. "We firmly believe that RWA tokenization opens up endless possibilities for entrepreneurs and ensuring legal safety for investors is very important," said Juan Jurado, General Manager of Ursus-3 Capital. Third parties can now sign contracts for their tokenization services.
