ZachXBT reminds: Beware of forked DeFi protocols on new EVM chains and new projects that have no community attention
On March 30th, ZachXBT warned in a post, "If you make any of the following decisions, it is your personal choice, you bear the risk, I will not help you:
Deposit funds into a forked DeFi protocol on a new EVM chain, which is later exploited (the team did not write the original code; low technical skills required);
Be deceived by a project with almost no Kaito followers (at least do the most basic due diligence to avoid becoming a victim of fake followers or meaningless trends).
