Tron’s Latest Announcements

On March 20, Tron’s founder, Justin Sun, hinted at an upcoming TRX ETF via an X post.

His announcement comes after yesterday the first two SOL ETFs went live in the US, and the US SEC delayed approval for various funds in the country until President Trump’s nominee for the new SEC Chair, Paul Atkins takes office.

Also, yesterday was the day on which TRX went live on Solana with Sun highlighting that this was not a hack, but a real collaboration with Solana, and saying that TRX can now be purchased on the SOL chain.

Sun first mentioned that TRX would go live on Solana on March 18.

Sun also revealed that TRX went live on Pump.fun right after the platform announced that it introduced Pump.Swap, its native DEX.

TRX also went live on the Phantom Wallet and Trust Wallet as well.

Amidst all these bullish events, and following multiple optimistic achievements marked by the crypto industry this week, Tron’s metrics are seeing significant surges.

Tron Metrics Rise

Tronscan data shows that the total accounts on the network surged significantly in the past 24 hours, surpassing 295,6 million.

Also, the total transactions on the network recorded a surge and topped 9,9 billion in the past 24 hours, according to the same official data.

The total transfer value on Tron surpassed $17,2 trillion.
