Allegations Against Chinese Hedge Fund Executives

According to blockchain data , Lezhi stated that brain-computer chips have been deployed on a large scale. The message further claimed that military powers worldwide use base stations, radios, and nano-brain-computer chips to control the public.

Lezhi also accused two executives from the Chinese hedge fund Kuande Investment , also known as WizardQuant, of using similar technology on employees. Feng Xin, the fund’s co-founder and chief risk officer, and Xu Yuzhi, its chief investment officer, were named in the allegations. Lezhi warned about a new form of crime where victims lose their senses and become entirely controlled by digital machines.

Crypto Transactions Linked to Lezhi

Blockchain transactions show that Lezhi first contacted WikiLeaks on February 10. The individual later sent 603 Ether, worth approximately $1.65 million, to Ethereum’s burn address. Additionally, 700 Ether was transferred to the “ndao.eth” wallet address, while 33 Ether went to an unidentified grant provider. The total transferred amount reached 2,047 Ether, valued at nearly $5.6 million.

Onchain records confirm that no further transactions have been made from the Ethereum address linked to Lezhi. The individual described themselves as an ordinary programmer who had been under mind control since birth. They claimed to have realized this in October 2022.

Background on WizardQuant

WizardQuant, founded in 2014, operates from Shanghai and Beijing. Moreover, it has employed between 51 to 200 people. The firm uses various quantitative investment strategies to facilitate research and trading in stock, futures, and options markets.

Lezhi’s final blockchain message expressed despair, stating that they had lost all dignity as a human being. While the claims remain unverified, the significant amount spent to publicize them raises questions about the motivations behind the transactions.
