US Attorney General guarantees that TikTok listing is not illegal
according to sources cited by Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal on February 14, after receiving assurances from Pam Bondi, the Attorney General appointed by U.S. President Trump, Apple and Google have reinstated TikTok in their app stores. According to sources, the two tech companies have received a letter from Bondi guaranteeing them that reinstating TikTok "does not constitute a violation of law" and they will not face legal consequences. Following the above news, Reuters and other foreign media confirmed on the 14th that TikTok has been reinstated in the U.S. app stores of Apple and Google.
