Enterprise Development Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has announced the authorization of a potential cryptocurrency acquisition. It was stated that the shareholders have officially passed the ordinary resolution on cryptocurrency authorization and potential cryptocurrency acquisition at the special general meeting of shareholders. The authorization will be effective for 12 months from the date of the resolution, during which the board of directors will be authorized and empowered to purchase cryptocurrencies on the open market for a total amount not exceeding $48 million, including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC) and Dogecoin.
