UTXO and Sora Ventures acquire majority stake in HK Asia Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong listed company
UTXO Management announced a strategic acquisition with Sora Ventures to acquire 70.26% of the issued shares of HK Asia Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company. The two companies plan to rename the company Moon Inc. The new leadership team is committed to creating higher returns for the business and shareholders, and plans to use its resources and experience to invest in Bitcoin, Web3, and cryptocurrencies. UTXO and Sora Ventures have reportedly helped Japanese listed company Metaplanet expand its Web3 and Bitcoin strategies.
