The web3 development firm Alchemy has acquired the Romanian blockchain infrastructure provider Bware.

The acquisition will not affect Alchemy or Bware customers. Additionally, Alchemy will not take over Bware's INFRA decentralized network nor its token, the release continues.
"As companies, we’ve each tackled the web3 market from different angles: Alchemy has focused on robustness and a broad range of services, while Bware Labs has optimized for cost and latency," Bware CEO and cofounder Flavian Manea told The Block.
Alchemy had previously acquired Satsuma , a web3 data indexing platform, in September 2023. The firm also partnered with Worldcoin to augment infrastructure for the forthcoming World Chain blockchain, The Block previously reported.
