Our security team has recently identified fraudulent activities, including phishing links and fake customer service scams. To protect yourself, please avoid scanning QR codes from untrusted sources, clicking unknown links, or visiting unverified websites.
In light of these concerns, we suggest all users adhere to the following precautions:
1. In the face of increasingly sophisticated scams, always exercise caution when dealing with unexpected communications, especially those requesting personal or financial information. Please note that Bitget representatives will NEVER ask for such details.
2. Phishing SMS: Always double-check URLs and only trust the official Bitget domain: www.bitget.com. While Bitget may send you SMS notifications, the majority will not include any links.
3. Phishing Apps: Ensure that app downloads come from Google Play, Apple App Store, or our official platform. For more information, visit the Bitget Download Guidelines.
4. Phishing Emails: Turn on your Bitget anti-phishing code in the User Center > Security > Anti-Phishing Code. Once set up, this code will be included in all official Bitget emails to verify their authenticity.
