LSQ Capital Obtains Virtual Asset Category 1 License
Digital asset wealth management company Metalpha Technology Holding Limited announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary LSQ Capital Limited ("LSQ Capital") in Hong Kong has obtained the first type of regulated activity license (virtual asset type 1 license) issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on the basis of its existing license, allowing it to provide securities and virtual asset trading services. Metalpha is expected to launch Hong Kong ETF-linked funds for qualified investors in the short term to meet the growing market demand.
